What is the Multicultural HUB?

Many weeks, we’ll also have a co-host—a local community service provider such as ISSofBC, WorkBC, Service Canada, Fraser Health, RCMP, and others. When a co-host is present, you can ask your questions on the spot. We’ll post the schedule here and on our social media so you can choose the best Wednesday to visit.

Even if no co-host is scheduled, Community Connectors will still be at the library every Wednesday, ready to guide you to the right services for your specific needs and follow up to make sure you get the support you’re looking for.

Our Community Connectors have been where you are. They understand the challenges newcomers face and are here to help you navigate available services and resources. They can personally refer you to the right service, connect you with the right person, and follow up to ensure you’ve been supported.

And it all starts at the Multicultural HUB—a welcoming drop-in space at the library.
